Acupuncture
Acupuncture is by inserting fine needles through the skin at specific points to prevent and treat disease. The needles we use are pre-sterilized, single-used, stainless steel needles in different gauge(diameter) and length.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is placing special cups on the skin to create suction. The suction causes the pores on the skin where the cups are place open to relieve muscle tension, improve blood flow, remove toxins. The material of cups commonly used are glass, plastic or medical grade silicone.
Acupressure Therapy / Tuina
Acupressure therapy is a technique related to acupuncture, which is using hands instead of needles to press on certain points located on the body. Acupressure therapy is very helpful and effective in treating local pain, constipation etc. For those patients who don’t like needles, acupressure therapy is another option for them.
Electro-Acupuncture
Electro-Stimulation is a therapy used for almost any condition. Small wires are clipped onto the end of certain needles and a small, gentle pulse is sent from one needle to the other. This treatment is beneficial to patient has lower back pain, knee pain, weight loss, bell palsy etc.
